I love the new background I chose (after looking at what seemed like hundreds!!) - but DO notice that the squares bleed through on the pictures. I really don't want to mess with it anymore as I wasn't able to figure out how to NOT have to re-do al my page elements as I lost them when I switched templates and had to re-do them ALL. So - if anyone knows how I can maybe fix the picture problem - I'm all ears...

Get rid of this opacity line in the main-wrapper section of your styles:
filter:alpha(opacity=80); -moz-opacity:0.80; opacity:0.80; -khtml-opacity:0.80;
